Wyndham Grand Athens Hotel, Athens

The hotel rooms are big, comfortable, and in a central location. Although our stay was upgraded to a junior suite with an Acropolis view, the rooms had very dim lighting, which was quite annoying. The service was hit and miss, with some aspects putting the customers first, but also experiencing issues like the staff removing breakfast items and some rude encounters. The location is a mix, being downtown and close to good restaurants, but also in a rundown area with collapsed buildings and a red light district nearby. The dining experience had a variety of options, with the staff being kind and professional, although some items were of lower quality. Overall, a blend of positives and negatives.
